Aviva Sells Businesses In Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic To U.S. Insurer Metlife

London-based insurer Aviva announced Monday it has sold its businesses in Romania, the Czech Republic and Hungary to U.S. insurer MetLife, as part of its strategy to reinforce operations on the markets where it has a dominant position.
