    CFR Cluj Wins Second Romanian Football Champion Title

    Romanian football team CFR Cluj has won the Romanian First League Championship Saturday, for the second time in its history, after it defeated International Curtea de Arges 2-1 on home turf.

    One match before the end of the championship, CFR Cluj has amassed 66 points. Runners-up Unirea Urziceni, last year's champions, has 60 points and one more game to play, but it can at most equal CFR Cluj, which still earns the title thanks to its wins in direct matches.

    CFR Cluj won its first Romanian Championship in the 2007/2008 season.
