    Consultancy On SE Romania Harbor Dike Works To Cost Up To EUR2.7M

    The maritime harbor administration in Romanian seaside city of Constanta will organize in December an auction for technical assistance in the supervision of works at the offshore dike in the harbor, a contract worth an estimate EUR2.75 million, VAT excluded.

    The contract is set to unfold over 29 months and is financed with European money, through the Sector Operational Program in Transports 2007-2013, and with state budget funds.

    Price will count for 60% in the choice of a winning bid, while the technical offer will count for the remaining 40%.

    Companies interested can submit bids by December 15, when bids will be open.

    Works on the dike are estimated at EUR117.89 million, VAT excluded, and the constructor will be selected in December.
