EU Presence In Black Sea Region Feeble, Romanian Fisheries Program Needs More Money - Minister

Romanian Minister for European Affairs Leonard Orban said Thursday there are plenty of initiatives and opportunities in the Black Sea region, “but the presence of the European Union is not very visible”, adding that the EU must allot more funds for the fisheries program.
