Petru Ion Vaduva Steps Down As General Manager Of Transgaz

Petru Ion Vaduva has resigned from the position of general manager of natural gas transmission company Transgaz (TGN.RO), but remains non-executive administrator, according to a notification of the company’s Executive Board sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Transgaz’s Executive Board has appointed Ion Sterian as deputy general manager until the selection procedure has been completed.
