Romania’s Regional Development Ministry Makes Appeal To Expand European Financed Cadaster System

The Romanian Ministry for Regional Development and Public Administration has announced Wednesday an appeal for projects in order to expand the European financed cadaster system, and it will accept proposals starting with October 16.

The ministry has allotted EUR312,89 million for the project, EUR265,96 million coming from the European Fund for Regional Development and EUR46,93 million coming from the state budget.

The project wants to improve property registration services, clarify the situation on land plots and create optimal conditions for investments in infrastructure, agriculture and other domains.
