Romania Telecom Operators To Introduce Internet Quality Indicators In Contracts With End Users

Telecom operators must introduce by January 20, 2012 a set of Internet service quality indicators in the contacts signed with end users, telecom regulator ANCOM president Catalin Marinescu said Tuesday.
