Romania To Build 1400 Flats In Bucharest For RON290M Through Public Housing Program

Romania's Government on Wednesday approved the technical-economic indicators for the construction of 1,400 flats in Bucharest's sector 2, through the "Homes for youth" program, run by the National Housing Agency (ANL).

The investment is worth over 290 million lei (EUR68 million), to be updated as prices evolve, according to the Government's decision.

Financing will be provided from the state budget, through the Ministry of Regional Development, the local budget and other sources.
