Romanian Cos May Deduct VAT For Car Purchases, Fuel Expenses Starting 2012

Romanian companies will again be able starting next year, after a three-year ban, to deduct fuel expenses for vehicles with nine or fewer seats, destined exclusively for passenger transport, as well as the VAT from car purchases, but only up to 50%.
