Health insurance houses throughout Romania have halted activity until Monday to fix problems with the IT system used to keep tabs on social healthcare contributions.

The head of the National Health Insurance House Lucian Duta issued an order Wednesday at noon halting activity of all units until Monday.

The measure has been taken to allow for the reorganization of offices and the fixing of the IT system.
