Romanian President: State, Private Sector Equally Blamable For Corruption, Lack Of Competitiveness

The state can’t be uncompetitive or corrupt by itself and it has a partner in the private sector, Romanian President Traian Basescu said Wednesday, adding he is not blaming anyone but responsibility must be shared by both parties.
