    Romanian Social Democrat Head Wants Committee To Investigate Transport Min

    Romanian social democrat leader Mircea Geoana said Tuesday that the party will propose the setting up of an inquiry committee for Transport Minister Radu Berceanu.

    "Trains go off rail faster than the beer bottles are opened at Golden Blitz", Geoana said.

    He reiterated the need to set up a committee investigating the transport minister.

    "We will suggest tomorrow (Wednesday-e.n.) a parliamentary committee to investigate minister Berceanu at a time when trains go off rail faster than the beer bottles are opened at Golden Blitz by [President] Basescu's acolytes," Geoana added.
