Romanian Tax Authorities Might Introduce Extra Penalties For Undeclared Fiscal Debts

Taxpayers will pay penalties of 30% of the principal for undeclared fiscal debts, on top of the interest and overdue penalties provided by current law, according to an ordinance drafted by Romania's Finance Ministry.
