Democrat liberal candidate for Bucharest mayoralty, Vasile Blaga and independent Sorin Oprescu are running neck-and-neck,with 30.9% of the votes and 30.07%, respectively, an exit poll conducted by INSOMAR showed Sunday.

INSOMAR’s data published at 7 pm, local time, showed Blaga leading by 1% against Oprescu.
