The Bucharest National Airports Company (CNAB) announced on Wednesday that it appointed Gabriel Stoe as its new interim general director.

Bucharest National Airports Company Appoints Gabriel Stoe As Interim Director

The new appointment comes after the term of previous general director, Traian Panait, expired at the end of January.

Gabriel Stoe, aged 45, is an economist who previously served as financial director for both CNAB and Romanian airline TAROM. He was also interim director for both institutions in the past.

The new interim director was the subject of several criminal cases in the past for purchases made while he was the financial director of the two companies.
