Cernavoda’s 2nd Reactor Resumes Ops

The second unit at Cernavoda was shut down on October 19 for the final overhaul. The reactor has been running at full capacity for about 4 weeks.

The power plant in Cernavoda operates with two reactors, which provide a total supply of around 18% of the national electricity demand.
