Independent Bucharest city hall candidate Sorin Oprescu obtained 54.5% of votes in the second round of elections, at a difference of nine percentage points from democrat liberal Vasile Blaga, according to an exit-poll unfolded by the Sociologic Research and Branding Company, published by Antena 3.
