Fitch Ups Romania’s Brasov, Oradea; Puts Bucharest On Positive Watch

Fitch Ratings upgraded the Romanian cities of Brasov and Oradea's long-term foreign currency ratings to 'BBB-' from 'BB+', with stable outlooks, the agency said in a statement Thursday.
