Romania's finance ministry on Wednesday raised EUR83.5% million selling December 2023 euro-denominated bonds on the local market at an average yield of 0.97%, central bank data showed.

The ministry was seeking to raise EUR100 million and bids amounted to EUR132.2 million.

Romania last sold euro-denominated December 2023 bonds in December 2018 at an average yield of 0.95%.
