Romanian EximBank 3-Year Dividends To Be Paid To State Budget

Romania's Government has decided to transfer the state's stock in EximBank from under the management of the State Privatization Authority (AVAS) to that of the Ministry of Finance and the earnings retained in the last three years to be paid as dividends to the state budget.
