Romanian Gymnast Dragulescu Takes Gold In London World Championships Vault

Dragulescu had two successful jumps, with just a slight step on a landing, which brought him the scores 16,550 and 16,600. He ranked first with an average of 16,575.

Flavius Koczi, the second Romanian gymnast in the finals, won silver, with the average score 16,337.

The podium was also joined by Russian Anton Golotsuskov (16,287), who was cheered on by the crowd and by Chelsea London owner Roman Abramovici.
