Romanian Police Caught Three Bulgarians Recovering Skimming Device Off ATM

Three Bulgarian citizens were caught trying to recover a skimming device they had installed on an ATM at the entrance of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police Force in Bucharest, police said Tuesday.

Police took notice of a skimming device installed on the ATM and caught three Bulgarian citizens hours later, when they were trying to retrieve it.

A similar attempt to steal debit card information using the same ATM occurred a few months ago.
