Proiectul nu s-a materializat, dar experien\u021ba acumulat\u0103 \u00een <strong>Turcia<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>Germania<\/strong> l-a purtat mai departe spre <strong>Spania<\/strong>, unde \u0219i-a g\u0103sit locul.<em><strong> \u201eLa \u00eenceput am postat re\u021bete pentru prietenii mei, eram doar zece. Azi, comunitatea mea dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te un milion de urm\u0103ritori pe toate re\u021belele sociale\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, <a href=\"https:\/\/g4food.ro\/de-la-sarmale-la-tapas-sebastian-stoica-la-sebi-acasa\/\">a povestit el pentru G4Food<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>De la un vis ne\u00eemplinit la o comunitate de peste un milion de urm\u0103ritori<\/h3>\n<p>Succesul s\u0103u s-a construit organic. Primele film\u0103ri le f\u0103cea cu telefonul, f\u0103r\u0103 microfon sau lumini, iar so\u021bia era sceptic\u0103. Totul a pornit din pasiune, dar, odat\u0103 cu cre\u0219terea audien\u021bei, <em><strong>\u201eLa Sebi Acas\u0103\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>a devenit un brand. Ast\u0103zi are propria carte de bucate, un magazin online cu produse marca <em><strong>\u201eGurmanzii\u201d<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 de la ulei de m\u0103sline extravirgin \u0219i mu\u0219tar, la cafea \u0219i chiar detergen\u021bi \u2013 \u0219i continu\u0103 s\u0103 inspire prin simplitatea \u0219i naturale\u021bea cu care g\u0103te\u0219te.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00centre sarmale \u0219i paella<\/h3>\n<p>De\u0219i majoritatea re\u021betelor sale sunt rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, <strong>Sebastian<\/strong> a \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219at \u0219i buc\u0103t\u0103ria spaniol\u0103. \u00cen fiecare duminic\u0103 preg\u0103te\u0219te paella, iar la s\u0103rb\u0103torile din <strong>Villarreal<\/strong> sau <strong>Benicasim<\/strong> g\u0103te\u0219te paella uria\u0219\u0103 la foc de lemne pentru 40 de persoane.<em><strong> \u201eSunt mai bucuros s\u0103 fac paella dec\u00e2t s\u0103 o m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, recunoa\u0219te el.<\/p>\n<p>Totu\u0219i, r\u0103m\u00e2ne legat de aromele de acas\u0103. Sarmalele, micii, ciorba de burt\u0103 sau zacusca fac parte din meniul s\u0103u constant, iar comunitatea rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 din <strong>Castellon<\/strong> \u2013 estimat\u0103 la peste 40.000 de persoane \u2013 \u00eei este un public fidel \u0219i entuziast.<\/p>\n<h3>Dieta mediteranean\u0103 \u0219i ce le recomand\u0103 Sebi rom\u00e2nilor<\/h3>\n<p>Via\u021ba \u00een <strong>Spania<\/strong> l-a f\u0103cut s\u0103 descopere dieta mediteranean\u0103, pe care o consider\u0103 o surs\u0103 de inspira\u021bie \u0219i pentru <strong>Rom\u00e2nia<\/strong>: <em><strong>\u201eDac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 propun o modificare important\u0103 \u00een dieta rom\u00e2nilor, a\u0219 introduce mai mult uleiul de m\u0103sline. Noi aici g\u0103tim totul cu ulei de m\u0103sline extravirgin.
