Cigarette Black Market In Romania Returns To Growth, Reaches Nearly 16% In July

The black market of cigarettes in Romania increased to 15.7% in July from 11.8% in May, according to research company Novel, the biggest growth after a downward trend recorded last year and during the first part of 2011.
