IMF: Romania Should Terminate Bilateral Energy Contracts Immediately

Romania should immediately terminate the energy contracts awarded only to certain groups, which cost the budget millions of euros each year, Jeffrey Franks, head of the IMF agreement evaluation mission, said Sunday.
