Low Office Space Deliveries In Bucharest May Predict Higher Rents - DTZ

Developers delivered ten times less office space in Bucharest in the first half of this year, compared to the same period of 2010, namely 12,950 square meters, which could mean rents would go higher by the end of the year, according to an analysis published by realty consultants DTZ Echinox.
