PwC: Romania Needs Private Investors To Upgrade Public Heating System

The Romanian district heating system needs EUR5 billion investment over the next 10 years in order to increase its efficiency, but local authorities cannot cover this amount, which means private investors are needed, according to a report issued by PricewaterhouseCoopers report.
