Romania Announces RON0.46 Price Cap In Petrom SPO

The secondary offer through which the Romanian Economy Ministry wants to sell 9.84% in oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) will start Monday at a maximum price of 0.46 lei (EUR0.11) a share, 15% above the last closing price.
