Romania Wants Daewoo To Fund Mangalia Shipyard With $70M

The shareholders of southeast Romanian shipyard Daewoo Mangalia Heavy Industries, or DMHI, have started negotiations on an increase of share capital, where the South Korean investors would contribute $70 million.
