Romanian Drug Makers Blast “Unsustainable” Clawback Tax

Romania’s pharmaceutical industry could lose 842 million lei (EUR195 million), which means a 30% shrinking of the market, following the implementation of the new clawback tax, according to a survey published Tuesday by medicine maker association ARPIM.
