Romanians To File 133% Guarantee On Consumer Loans - Draft

Consumer loans in Romania will have a maturity of at most five years, and clients will have to guarantee 133% of the loan’s value, while real estate financing in euro will require an advance of at least 30%, according to a draft regulation developed by the central bank.
