Austria's OMV Demands RON92M From Romania In International Arbitration Court

Austrian group OMV, the majority shareholder of Romanian oil company OMV Petrom, has filed a claim against the Government with the International Court of Arbitration in Paris, demanding refunds of 91.6 million lei (EUR21 million) for decontamination works carried out in 2009-2010.
