Bomb Alert At City Hall, County Council In Sibiu, C Romania

Romanian authorities on Monday are investigating a bomb threat targeting the headquarters of the city hall and county council in Sibiu, central Romania.

According to Sibiu Police spokeswoman Luciana Baltes, the Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) in Sibiu was informed that bombs have been placed at the headquarters of the two institutions.

Authorities are checking out the area and will decide if people must be evacuated from the buildings.
