Bosch To Pay Compensation If It Breaches Contractual Terms For New Romania Investment

The contract to be soon signed by Romanian authorities with Germany’s Bosch includes conditions regarding the payment of compensation by the German investor if the plant it will build in Jucu (NW) closes before the date stated in the contract, Cluj County Council head Alin Tise said Tuesday.
