Bucharest Flat Prices Went Up 5% In 4Q, Despite Contrary Trend In Region

Bucharest and Kiev are the only Central and Eastern Europe capitals that saw new flat prices go up in the final quarter of 2011, with apartment prices in Bucharest going up 5% according to a survey by Polish realty consultants REAS.
