Bucharest General Mayor To Say End Sept Whether He Runs For President

"As I have said during all my public appearances over the past two weeks, I will announce my decision on whether or not to run for president end September," Oprescu said in a press release.

A long-time member of the Social Democratic Party, Oprescu left the party last year to run independently for general mayor of capital Bucharest.
