CFR Cluj Win 1st Romanian Title

Romania’s CFR Cluj won their first league title after a 1-0 victory over city rivals Universitatea Cluj on Wednesday.

Ricardo Cadu scored in the 65^th minute.

Cluj, who returned to the top flight four years ago for the first time since 1976, won the championship title with 76 points, only one point ahead of last year’s champs Steaua Bucharest.
