EC Justice Report Positive On Romania, Negative On Bulgaria, Schengen Accession Doubtful – Sources

The European Commission's report on the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM), to be published Wednesday, is overall positive as regards Romania, but generally negative in the case of Bulgaria, thereby encouraging skepticism concerning the two states' accession to the Schengen Area.
