EC Willing To Redirect Funds To Romanian Building Thermal Rehab, Beneficiaries Must Chip In - Minister

The European Commission is willing to direct funds from programs that failed to absorb the sums allotted to building thermal rehabilitation projects, Romanian European Affairs Minister Leonard Orban said Tuesday, adding that beneficiaries must also co-finance works.
