Eighty-four Passengers Of Rome-Bucharest Flight Left On Timisoara Airport

Some 84 passengers of a Rome-Bucharest Baneasa flight were left waiting at the airport in Timisoara, western Romania, since Monday night, following a reroute of their flight due to bad weather.

Timisoara Airport deputy manager Leontin De-Maio said on Tuesday that an aircraft of low-cost airliner Blue Air was redirected to Timisoara due to improper landing conditions on the airport in Bucharest.

The passengers have to wait in the transit area of the Timisoara airport and are expected to board a new flight this afternoon.
