Fourteen Romanians Arrested In Rome For Credit Card Cloning

The Italian authorities accused them of fraud, as they sent fake electronic messages on behalf of several well-known companies for the purpose of cloning their clients’ credit cards.

To successfully carry out their operations, the culprits also used simpler methods, such as code readers hidden in ATMs or at card payment terminals located in stores and restaurants.
