Romania’s National Institute of Hydrology and Water Administration sent out an orange code warning on Sunday for increased flows on rivers Jiu, Motru and Cosustea, southwestern Romania, until Tuesday, November 20, 12:00 (local time).

Romania Gets Orange Code Warning For River Overflows

The national meteorology authority ANM sent out a code yellow warning on Saturday for the central, southern and eastern areas in the country, forecasting low temperatures, mixed precipitations and strong wind for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Meteorologists expect very cold weather with strong wind of up to 60-70 kilometers/hour.
