IMF Halts Negotiations In Romania After Govt Collapses

The International Monetary Fund will suspend negotiations with the Romanian authorities on the coming economic and financial criteria under a EUR3.6 billion loan agreement signed last year until a new government is in place, an IMF official said Friday.
