Italian Court Repatriates Romanian Minor Involved In Murder Case

A court in Rome on Wednesday issued a repatriation order for Romanian minor Constantina I., initially accused of accessory to the murder of an Italian woman in April this year.

The Romanian minor was detained in a secured shelter at the mayoralty in Rome.
“Better later than never,” Constantina I.’s lawyer Carlo Testa Piccolomini told Italian paper Il Messagero, mentioning the girl’s relatives were happy to hear the news.
Italian Vanessa Russo died following an eye injury inflicted by another Romanian citizen, Doina Matei, following a quarrel at a subway station in Rome.
