Bihor, Satu Mare, Cluj, Salaj, Maramures, Bistrita Nasaud, Mures, Harghita, Neamt, Suceava and Botosani are the 11 counties to be affected by rainfall.

Weather authorities said precipitation in these areas might exceed 25 liters per square meter.
