The Republic of Moldova feels that the Russian military presence on its territory has a negative impact on the attempts of the international community to solve the tense situation with Romania, said the Moldovan ambassador in Washington, Nicolae Chirtoaca, quoted by the Flux daily.

Chirtoaca said that the Moldovan Parliament will initiate the correction of the Treaty adopted regarding Conventional Forces in Europe (CFE), only after the complete, unconditional and transparent withdrawal of Russian military left of the river Nistru.
