One Dead, One Severely Injured By Collapsed Wall In W Romania

One woman has died and another has been severely injured Thursday afternoon after a wall of an abandoned building in Diosig, in the western Romanian Bihor county, collapsed over them, said the emergency rescue service SMURD.

Bihor Inspectorate for Emergency Situations spokesman Cristian Herte said the person injured has suffered multiple head injuries and will be rushed to the Emergency Hospital in Oradea.

According to Herte, the woman who died was 24. The building whose brick wall collapsed was an abandoned plant.
