Petrom SPO To Be Resumed Next Year In Case Of Undersubscription

The secondary listing of a 9.84% stake in oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) will only be resumed next year if the state fails to sell at least 80% of the shares at the minimum price, Finance Ministry official Dan Lazar told MEDIAFAX Tuesday.
