Romania Registers 122 Deaths, 7,008 AH1N1 Infections
Romania registers 122 fatalities and 7,008 infections with the AH1N1 flu virus, as the first case of infection in several weeks was reported in capital Bucharest, Romania's Health Ministry said Friday.

The patient, a 33-year-old woman, has recently returned from Austria. She was not hospitalized and is currently under treatment.
The first infections with the AH1N1 virus were reported in March 2009 in America.
The first three infections with the AH1N1 virus in Europe were reported on April 27, 2009 and on June 11 the World Health Organization announced the AH1N1 epidemic spread throughout the world.
