Romania Registers 66 Deaths, 5,915 AH1N1 Infections

Romania registers 66 fatalities and 5,915 infections with the AH1N1 flu virus, as one more death and 45 new infections have been reported over the past 24 hours, the Center for Prevention and Control of Contagious Diseases said Wednesday.

Most cases of infections with the AH1N1 virus were registered in Botosani (11) and in capital city Bucharest (9), followed by Timis (6 cases), Dambovita (5 cases), Prahova (4 cases), Galati (3 cases), Harghita and Ilfov (2 cases each), Alba, Olt and Sibiu (1 case each).
